Dolly is a seasoned professional with over two decades of experience in the travel industry, currently serving as the Head of Contact Centre at Evan Evans Tours. With a career that began in her teens, Dolly's passion for tourism was ignited during her tenure at an independent cruise company where she started as a Christmas temp. Since then, she has held various roles within the contact centre realm, ranging from training manager to customer service manager, and eventually assuming leadership positions such as Head of Sales and her current role as Head of Contact Centre.

Dolly's commitment to personal and professional growth is evident in her recent completion of the CMI Leadership Academy Course with TTC, which aims to refine her leadership skills. She is deeply dedicated to enhancing guest experience and instilling a culture of excellence in customer service within her team.

Known for her belief that the strength of any organisation lies in its people, Dolly is passionate about her team's development and the pivotal role they play in delivering exceptional service. Alex brings a wealth of knowledge to the role, having worked in the travel trade since 2005. Alex is always searching for new and exciting partnerships to help propel Evan Evans Tours and keep our reputation as Britain's Finest Sightseeing Operator for over 90 years.

As well as leading the sales team at Evan Evans Tours, Alex is a proud board member of UKInbound, the only trade association representing the interests of the UK's inbound tourism sector. Marianne joined Evan Evans at the beginning of 2024 as the new Head of Marketing. Her career spans more than 20 years – the first half leading global advertising, media, and digital marketing agency teams for clients in the Travel, Fashion, Beauty, Automotive and Retail sectors, and the other half driving digital transformation across EMEA at large global CPG corporation Colgate-Palmolive. In Travel, Marianne has previously generated business growth for Walt Disney Florida Parks & Resorts, Starwood Hotels & Resorts EMEA / Marriott Bonvoy (St. Regis, The Luxury Collection, W, Westin, Le Meridien, Sheraton..), Hotelopia Europe (TUI), VisitLondon, LateRooms and Viking Cruises.

Marianne brings a wealth of multi-cultural multichannel customer-centric marketing experience, data-led decision making and creative problem-solving, with the commitment to lead the Marketing function to best showcase Evan Evans Tours' exceptional travel experiences, across the most efficient and impactful marketing channels, to ultimately, drive organic growth. Elisa Trifoglio brings over 16 years of extensive experience in the travel industry, specialising in operations management and ground services coordination. Elisa's career in travel commenced in 2008 when she joined GTA as a Quality Control Summer Temp in the coaching department. Demonstrating exceptional dedication and skill, Elisa steadily rose through the ranks, eventually assuming the role of Operations Manager. In 2018, Elisa took on a pivotal role at Vosaio Travel, overseeing contracting and operations for all ground services. Her responsibilities encompassed managing logistics for coaches, restaurants, tourist attractions, guides, and more.

Bringing her wealth of experience and expertise, Elisa joined Evan Evans Tours in 2022 as the Head of Operations. In this capacity, she plays a critical role in ensuring the seamless execution of tours and activities, drawing upon her deep understanding of the industry and unwavering commitment to excellence. Known affectionately as the "coach lady," Elisa's passion for and dedication to the travel sector are evident in her impressive track record and commitment to delivering exceptional travel experiences.
